As his stage name suggest ,LAWAL OLAYINKA is not only a swift and energetic music act, he is a pacesetter for rising music artiste in the ghetto.,which apparently became the source of his nom de plume. The ex-student of LASPOTECH was born in Lagos and grewup in Fadeyi/somolu suburbs.He started doing music at a tender agae listening to the likes of Buju Banton,he was encouraged to compose his own songs from freestyles he did while hanging out with friends and social gatherings.He officially began his musical pursuit in 2000 by joining a 3 member group called cool X, they released a single titled `ARISTO`. Pace is signed onto SPLENDID RECORDS a subsidiary of D.P ENTERTAINMENT owned by ADENUGBA ADEDEJI a.k.a STUNNER.The kangarero master as he is fondly called by his fans gained recognition in the entertainment industry with his evergreen "KANGARERO"(the indian song)in 2008 whic has no video till date,then ALHAJI(naija version) in 2010 with a video directed by T.FRIZZLE and now CRUZ CATCHER ft.baseone and mic Daviz with a video directed by UNLIMITED L.A currently enjoying Air play on T.V.He also has other tracks like 20million pounds ft.vector,Malo lera,To ba fe malo ft. dj zeeZ currently gaining vast  public acceptance anywhere they are played.
     The Afro-hip hop performer has proved himself in so many shows like Dynamix awards 2011 pre-party at elegushi beach, Color block party by Gazamba(2011),All Nigerian secondary schools championship launching sponsored by NNPC/SHELL(feb 2012), Brila fm Abuja xmas show (2011) and "Wave ur banner" Grand hotel,Asaba(Aug 2012),Monster music beach concert at Oniru beach(2010),Miss moremi (unilag)2009,Love garden Carnival sponsored by star(2010),Industry nite(july2012),Students trade fair in YABATECH(organized by strands events in july2012)....just to mention a few.He did the popular radio gingle to advertise Brila fm`s outlets in Lagos,Abuja,Kaduna and Onitsha.
