SHAKAR EL - ONYEBUCHIM

           SHAKAR EL used to be known as SHAKA EL SWAGGA has  finally come back home to NIGERIA  from his UNITED KINDOM base. The decision was made in order for him share his music with the country he calls home. To reintroduce himself, he has released, ONYEBUCHIM, which will appeal to a broad section of Nigerians. SHAKAR EL who rose to fame with his hit single ANYHOW in 2009. Despite his absence in NIGERIA, the song enjoyed a good radio airplay across Nigeria and was jamming in most clubs around the world.The subsequent video 'Anyhow' did justice to the already party favourite song; it eventually topped charts on CHANNEL O for weeks and was on steady roatation on SOUNDCITY, NIGEZIE, MTV Base and other local stations.
According to SHAKAR EL, now is the time to entertain his fans but with a different approach. Keeping things different, he explained changing his stage name as a disdain for the abuse of the term "Swagger" by certain people. The change also has positively affected his sound, making it take a more mature route than is commonly seen in music of NIGERIAN origin.

         SHAKAR EL who is an independent artist hussling his way to the top is determined to make it big in the music industry,he has performed in big events like world famous NOTTINGHILL CARNIVAL LONDON,NIGERIAN 50TH Anniversary Celebration  which took place at the iconic TRAFALGAR SQUARE LONDON,GHANA IN THE PARK CARNIVAL LONDON and many other events,he has performed alongside 9ICE ,BANKY W, DONEO,TINCHY STRYDER , R2BEES, KEFEE, JJC, PRAYE,YQ ETC
He also appeared on tv shows like '100% PERCENT NAIJA on Channel O,BISI OLATOLA SHOW to mention a few...
