Born Desmond Kwame Amoah, DEE MONEEY is a gifted songwriter, rapper and performer who started making music at a really young age. For a generation that was raised on Hip-Hop and Pop music, Dee Moneey is creating a unique style and vibe that blends these genres of music with Techno, Dance, House cadences and Hip-Life influences to make a fresh and distinct sound that is miles apart from what you are usually flooded with.
So far in his young career, Dee Moneey has written for and worked with many high profile artists and producers in Ghana, across the Continent and in the UK while performing alongside huge stars such as Ice Prince, Wizkid and U.S rapper Fabulous just to mention a few. With three singles already under his belt, “Kpo Kpo Body”, “One Thing” and “Ding Dong”, the Dee Moneey buzz is gradually on the rise and now under new management, Dee Moneey continues to work on several new and exciting projects, collaborations and is putting in work for his debut album to be titled MY TIME TO EAT.
