ELPHLEX - IN THE MOOD

           OLUWASEUN and ADENIYI ARIYO hit the Afropop scene in 2006 starting out on campus at university in the Delta and Southern parts of NIGERIA.
           Fuelled with an intense thirst for stage performances and blessed with charisma, they both went on to release their first singles Amen and Lets Go there, going on to release Gbetiwa and Baby Ja Malo.
          Hitting the scene under independent self owned Label Pillars Records, Seun (DJ ElShawn) and Adeniyi (Phlexdenary) picked up their skills whilst working the campus circuits and disc jockeys and developed an array of dance acts and choreographed performances during their spare time.
         They have both enjoyed a huge acceptance of their music, style and have risen steadily to top charts nationwide with their enthusiasm, stage presence and devotion.
         Gracing the Launch of Pall Mall Cigarettes by B.A.T(British American Tobacco), Valentine Music n Laugh Viena City, Accra in Ghana in 2011,  The Oxygen Show in Portharcourt, Rhythm Unplugged Benin and Abuja, Global Excellence Recognition Awards, Lagos and Havana Carnival Ibadan and Global News GLADE 2011 , The ELPHLEX duo bagged the Best Performing Artistes UNIBEN in 2006 and have gone on to win the Best Upcoming Artistes 2010 in Ibadan by "ASCOM" Association Of Student
Communication; Global News Award for the Most Promising Artist of the year in July 2011 alongside being nominated best Rated Artistes 2011 by Media Night Out Award.
            Both brothers recently completed series1 of the ElPhlex School Of Thought tours which are intended to take them from state to state nationwide and around the country increasing awareness of their music,
their style and emphasising their prowess in live performances.
             So far since the summer the duo have covered five states and have recently released their latest single ‘IN THE MOOD’Working toward their debut album “School of Thought “ set to hit the streets at the end of January, fans should expect an album packed with club bangers, rump shakers and groovy afro pop tunes.
